Extending Your Stay
Should you desire to extend your stay; you will have an opportunity to book this within your registration. Hotel group rates have been extended 3 days prior to the conference dates and 3 days after the conference dates, based on availability.  Conference dates are November 5-6, 2024. Raptor customers may book customer business reviews November 4th-7th.

Hotel Room Rates

Raptor Technologies has negotiated a discounted group rate of $199 per night, single/double during the conference.   

Rates quoted are Single/Double occupancy. There will be a $20 fee for each additional person. All special guestroom rates are exclusive of appropriate state and locate taxes, fees and assessments, currently 17% and are subject to change without notice. 

Hotel Check In/Check Out 

Check-In is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. 

Follow the prompts to book your hotel room directly with Omni Fort Worth and provide a valid major credit card.  At time of reservation for purposes of guarantee, an initial one night’s deposit will be charged. 

Rooms are not guaranteed to be ready until 4:00pm however, we do have  priority on rooms and every attempt will be made to accommodate you upon arrival.  On your departure day, if you are departing after check-out, please feel free to check your bags with the bellman until your assigned departure time. 

Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no-show” and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee will be posted to the individual’s credit card on file.
