By registering before June 1, 2024, attendees save considerably on their registration costs. Plus, space is limited to approximately 500 attendees, so you are encouraged to book your spot early. 

Per attendee registration fees are as follows: 

• Before June 1, 2024: $400 

• From June 1 through August 31, 2024: $450

• From September 1, 2024: $500

Rates effective March 1, 2024: 

• Valet parking is $45 + tax per night/per vehicle* – overnight parking (unlimited in/out privileges). 

• Oversized vehicle parking is $53 + tax per night/per vehicle*. 

• Daily and event valet parking is $30 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges). 

• Valet parking for Bob's Steak & Chop House is $10 per vehicle. 

• Self-parking is approximately $22 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges). This is available at the city-operated garage adjacent to the hotel. The garage entrance is on 11th Street between Houston and Throckmorton (one block north of the hotel).

The annual Raptor Partnership Review is focused on ensuring you are receiving as much value from our partnership as possible. During this discussion, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will review your customized “School Safety at a Glance”, which outlines your district’s current usage as well as areas where there is an opportunity to maximize value. This is an excellent opportunity to hear directly from you on how your Raptor experience is going, areas we can improve and highlight functionality that is available that may help solve some of your latest safety-related challenges.

Attendees: All cancellations by attendees must be received by Raptor Technologies via email at schoolsafe@raptortech.com.

Fees shall be refunded as follows:

• Full refund before October 22, 2024, less a $250 administration fee
• No refunds after October 22, 2024

Exhibitors may reduce or cancel contracted space by submitting written notice to Julia Lutz at julia.may@raptortech.com. Such notice must be received and acknowledged by Raptor Technologies no later than August 5, 2024.

Exhibitors canceling an entire exhibit space between April 5, 2024, and May 5, 2024, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellation of contracted exhibit space between May 6, 2024, and August 5, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made if written notice of cancellation or reduction is received after August 5, 2024. 

Please note: sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. 

The Omni Fort Worth Hotel requires that any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 2 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee. Guests must contact the hotel directly for reservation cancellations.
