Doug has been in Education for 23 years, 11 years as a principal and the last 7 years in support services. He is currently the Executive Director of Safety and Operations for Medina Valley ISD. He has also participated in multiple SBLE training sessions (master level graduate) and is currently a trainer for SRP, CRASE and Stop the Bleed. Most recently, he has presented at the TSSC and ALERRT conferences on the topic of collaboration between an ISD and first responders to tactically plan for an active attack.
