Donna Russell is an experienced educator with a rich background in teaching and leadership. She dedicated 16 years to classroom teaching with Blount County Schools and further enriched the learning experience as a K-5 Math instructional coach for 7 years. In June 2016, she embraced the role of principal at Montvale, bringing her passion for education and leadership to the forefront.

Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from East Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. She also earned her Instructional Leadership License from Bethel University, equipping her with the skills to drive educational excellence.

Beyond her professional achievements, Donna is a proud mother to three wonderful children: Landon and his wife Sydney, Talley and her husband Nolan, and Garrett and his fiance Shealey.
