Brian Frazier is a Deputy Sheriff for the Blount County Sheriff's Office in Maryville,Tennessee. In his 25 years of service he has served as a Patrol Deputy, Criminal Investigations Detective and a Field Training Officer. Currently, he is in his 8th year as a School Resource Officer.

Brian implemented the first Especially Safe® safety plan in the Blount County School District. He has worked with numerous school administrators in four phases of emergency preparedness mitigation, planning, response and recovery, by having school administration utilize emerging technology for communications. Brian has also trained faculty and staff at several schools on student accountability technologies and comprehensive emergency operations plans.
